Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days . We will ship either USPS or UPS.

Transit times vary city to city and during holiday seasons. Please note, we have no control nor are responsible for delayed packages on items that have left our facility/boutique.

Shipping items that you will love is important to us and brings us much joy . However, we can ONLY  accept returns in-person and seven ( 7) days after initial  purchase. To be eligible for a return, an item must be in its original condition, unworn, no smells of cigarette, detergent or have pet hair. In addition, must include tags.

Returns will only be accepted on full- priced items .

Sale items are final and we do not accept returns on gift cards.
